"I booked this hotel for 3 nights, but I could only stay for 1 night because the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty and did not feel hygienic or safe. The bedsheets were dirty, the walls were badly stained, and the overall standard of cleanliness was very poor.
The worst part of my stay was finding bedbugs in the room. I immediately reported this to reception, expecting the issue to be taken seriously, but the staff showed very little concern and did...
"The property was well located. There were bus stops near by and train station was a 10 minute walk.
Restaurants are few minutes away.
It is good for a short stay. The bed was comfortable.
The man who checked us in was very friendly, polite and obliging.
It's a bit noisy if the windows are open. The little fan was a blessing as it was very hot.
The room needs a refurbishment with a light colour paint, a toilet paper holder on the wall and a better shower head."
"La estancia fue muy cómoda y limpia, cuenta con lo necesario para descansar y asearse, por el precio es una gran opción. El personal fue siempre amable y ofrecen la opción de guardar el equipaje si tu vuelo es tarde el día del check-out. Está cerca de transporte y lugares de comida."
"I stayed in the single room. A tidy and comfy room. The windows had been left open so it was cold when I arrived but it did quickly warm up. No blinds in the velux windows which would have been annoying if I’d have stayed until daylight. I didn’t see or use any of the communal areas so can’t comment. Enough driveway space for 3 cars. Literally 2 minutes from my airport parking. Would stop again if flying from Luton."
"Good location, clean space, nice kitchenette but only 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks etc so could have been more. Also didn't realise it was BYOOG (Bring your own oven gloves) so using the oven meant using a bath towel. Our room did smell of cigarettes slightly but wasn't too bad. I would stay here again for the right price. Air con very good, nice and quiet street."
"We only stayed there for one night, and we were very glad that it was only one night.
The studio was not particularly clean, and if you are planning to stay in a standard room with three people, I would strongly recommend choosing a different option. The sofa bed in our studio was broken and very uncomfortable.
The sheets for the third person were initially missing, but they were brought to us after we requested them. Unfortunately, they did not respond to our WhatsApp messages and entered...
"Hard to contact staff, Dosen't matter messaged or phoned, there is no answer. Shared area small sofa is very dirty, kitchen no kitchen paper towel. No sound proof wall, we were woke up earlier morning by loud sounds from kitchen room. No air condition, room very hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a nice stay for us."
