"We have stayed here several times and had an enjoyable stay, unfortunately this stay was spoilt by other guests who were either outside the hotel or in the lobby, clearly drunk and being disruptive, singing, talking loudly and making comments to other guests who were arriving and leaving - a couple of times this almost led to other guests taking offence and arguing with them. This went on all evening and on to about 3 in the morning when they went noisily back to their rooms - even after that...
"It says 'basic' in the listing, and it's very cheap, so don't expect the Ritz. The bedroom and bathroom were very basic but clean, and the host was friendly and helpful - check in was easy and quick. Kettle, WiFi and TV in the room. Kebab shop etc nearby. The house and room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. None of the doors - bedroom, bathroom or outer door - felt securely locked. This is a property and area I would not recommend for a solo female traveller."

"The tv had no channels on it and wouldn’t connect to the internet so was useless. The guest next door we’re playing loud music way past 11 pm out on the balcony."
"Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property."
"The staff was very friendly. They provided an extra pillow and blanket to make me extra comfortable. Check in was ready she convenient. Only owed $3.50 city tax. Room had full shower and comfortable but smaller bed. Would highly recommend and also in a very good area. Team minutes to the cathedral and the train station."
"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
