"Hotel ideale per una o al max due notti, come base di appoggio per lavarsi e dormire e poi svolgere l'attività per cui si è giunti in quelle zone. Pulito e con una cortesia enorme da parte del personale. Colazione fantastica.
La struttura è da rimodernizzare e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.

"The hotel was in a nice area within walking distance of the Piazza dei Miracoli. My room and bathroom was small but clean and recently refurbished. My only problem was the single bed which was really small and lumpy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The garden in front was a nice shady oasis with tables, benches and statuary. All in all my one night was a relatively pleasant one and I’d return despite the bed."
"Little hotel, ideal for our one night stay, as it was half an hour walk from the station when we arrived, then half an hour walk to the airport when we left. The owner was friendly when we arrived, showed us where we could leave our luggage until check in time. The owner’s grandfather established the hotel on the fifties and you could tell she was proud to carry on in his footsteps.
Be warned, there isn’t a lift; thankfully we were fit enough to walk to the third floor."
"The is an adorable little hotel with wonderful staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was generous and had great coffee and a variety of choices for please everyone.
The location couldn't have been better. A few blocks from the beach, right across the street from the main park, a cute little restaurant and shopping/the boardwalk just steps away.
We have travelled from Portugal to Italy and this town, hotel, and these people were our absolute...

"La struttura per quello che devo fare io con la mia famiglia era ok. Il bagno un po' angusto, la camera nel complesso era vivibile anche se vecchiotta però pulita e ben attrezzata ( climatizzatore e TV). Per un soggiorno breve come ho fatto io, cioè una notte il soggiorno è stato gradevole e accettabile."
"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "
"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
