"My stay at this property was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. The front desk agent at check in was constantly distracted and did not provide the customer service expected at a hotel. Guests should feel welcomed rather than feeling like an interruption. With some additional focus on attentive care during registration, the guest experience could be much better."

"The staff were great, the location is great, but the kitchen facilities don't work for a family. First they are on the main floor of a 20 floor tower, and second there are 2 stoves and NO dishes / pots/ pans/ cutlery provided. I went down one day and there were 30 university students in line waiting to use the stove and there is no seating space .
