"We had our dog and stayed in a room on the second floor near the flagpole/main entrance to parking lot. We were near a stairway and door outside - making dog walks easy. The room was clean but there was the overwhelming chemical odor when entering for the first time - we had the a/c fan going to try to air it out. The a/c unit was loud - as typical.
