"The hotel is old, run down and not maintained, this is a bad part of town. The room was dirty, sun flower seeds on the floor when I arrived, holes in the carpet, couch and cabinets are beat up."

"Upon check in to my room the television didn’t work no volume I was moved across the hall, the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work in that room then as I was getting dressed for my day I found out the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and couldn’t give me an explanation on why, just said I don’t know it was all just a mess, had to jump through hoops to get my second night cancelled ended up leaving and booking a different room for the night"

"Upon arrival was greeted by staff and informed of what time breakfast was served. The room was clean and amenities were clean as well....the refrigerator was clean and bathroom was clean. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles and other items that were excellent. The hotel was quiet and location was perfect to go shopping for essentials, restaurants/fast food and gas stations."

"The staff was great and helped me when my reservation got cancelled. I was given a room but when we went to the room the door wouldn't work and we ended up having to go to the front desk a total of three times before we got assigned to another room. My nephew went with the staff to the new room then came back to me and told me he saw a creepy crawler and ran it by me first. I didn't have many options so I sucked it up and went into the room. Unfortunately that wasn't the only one. My nephew...
