"Room had dirty sheets and a big burn hole in one of the comforters. They staff was nice though and let us switch room. There was trash strewn in the corridors and overall dirty looking hotel except for lobby."

"Parking was easy and the breakfast was fine and provided without charge. The TV remote needed new batteries. I was able to live with it for a one night stay. I made the desk aware upon check-out."

"The staff did not tell us upon check in that the rooms were cleaned every other days the bathroom smelled like mildew."

"This was the first BW where they put a $75 hold on the room, but released it upon checkout. I'm guessing they have had issues in the past, and this is a little protection. They said all BW are independently owned. I also called at 10am prior to check-in at 3pm and they said I could get early check-in. Upon my arrival at 2pm he said the room wasn't ready yet? If my room was reserved, why didn't he tell me that at 10??? Additionally, this BW had the hardest bed for a BW, so I hope you don't...
