"House keeping older Hispanic lady. Excellent cleaning and details to room. Mataniece still has not replaced t.v. in room. They saw screen is black on 1 side. Needs to be replaced."

No bugs in or on mattress (thank God), we arrived close to midnight, complained the next morning and front desk assistant promptly let us know we could have came to the front office to get a trash can and towels....it was a very long walk to the office, we were tired so we just chalked it up to realizing he didn't care."
