"We had an overall average stay. The house itself is in a great location and the rooms are a good size, which made it comfortable for our group. However, communication with the hosts was disappointing — we didn’t receive any responses during our stay, which made it difficult when issues came up. A number of basic amenities such as dish soap were empty on arrival, and the dishwasher was clogged and unusable. We reported it but no one came to fix it while we were there. "We arrived at midnight and the property didn't provide us with alarm code. We have two small kids that travelled from Canada to Australia and had to put them to sleep with alarm blasting. That night was very stressful. Also the lock on the door was unreasonably noisy and beep constantly. The condition of the house and yard was great."
