"This is a repeat stay for me. I appreciate everything about the Pear Tree Inn; it’s reasonable, breakfast is good, rooms are great, and I especially liked this time that the shuttle picked me up at my Budget rental car location down the road which was unexpected, and returned me back at the hotel the night before I flew out. Great service in addition to being so close to the airport and shuttle service to/from."

"Outdated stained bedding. Aged carpet and bathroom with cracked tiles and drywall patching throughout the whole building. Whole building smells like smoke even though rooms are nonsmoking."

"Clean facility and room. Good stay for travelers with pets. Minimal toiletries provided in bathroom. Comfortable stay but no extras. Heavy marijuana odor in hallway bc Missouri."

"The staff was very nice and helpful for our early flight"

"I didn’t went in because a lot a homeless and a weird people around the building and stink like marihuana pretty much"

"Perfect location. Beautiful hotel."

"The absolute guarantee it is a roof over your head, only that it is the most disgusting disgusting hotel we've ever stayed at. Online pictures are not any representation of what is actually there at the facility. Awful."
