"Zuerst die positiven Sachen, ausgesprochen reichhaltiges Frühstück, die Lage ist gut, es gab allerdings schon bei der Anreiseproblem, weil der Fahrstuhl zwar schließt, aber nicht wieder öffnet, ich war mit meinem Gepäckwagen im Fahrstuhl eingeklemmt und hatte große Probleme, im Gespräch mit anderen Reisenden stellte sich heraus, dass es anderen Leuten auch so ging. Weiterhin wurde unser Zimmer aufgeräumt obwohl das Schild bitte nicht stören in der Tür war, lieb gemeint ist nicht immer gut...
"A basic old fashioned room which was spotless just very outdated and could do with a lick of paint and a kettle as the coffee machine was old and took forever. Only downside was the reception smelled of dogs which put us off having breakfast in the adjoining room."
"Great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The ONLY thing to complain about were the stairs. No elevators. Lugging the suitcases up and down was challenging."
"The rooms are clean, the staff helpful and efficient. The beds were comfy and the location is great. The downside- it is a very old property, the bathtub was peeling, the flat carpet and loose wallpaper may be 20-30+ years old. The porches offer no privacy. Good place if you just need somewhere to sleep and you like the sound of the Pacific railroad trains and elk bugling (we liked this background noise)."
