"Worst hotel experience. My deluxe 2 bed hotel room got downgraded to a single bed room two days prior to my arrival without any email, text, or notification telling me this. Apparently Expedia changed the room and since they're a "third party" the hotel couldn't do anything or give me any money back. They told me they would bring bedding up for the pull out couch I was not excited to use, but they did not. "There was visible mice crawling around in the lobby of the hotel. Countless stains on the carpet in the hallways. The floor tiles were peeling and loose. The room was run down with stains over the chairs, leftover hair in the bathroom, fuzz on the glass, and food crumbs on the tables. If I were Hilton, I wouldn’t want my name on this place. "

"The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. "
