"Legacy lakeside resort was fantastic! There's trails to walk, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, nice beach, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and relaxing. There's also a cool game room, grills, fish cleaning station. We will definitely be coming back! It's our new favorite place to go! Staff were very helpful and kind too!! "

"Very well equipped, although we had no washcloths and not enough toilet paper. The problems were quickly solved with a phone call. We are older and the front steps were awkward for us. The little narrow step into “the hut” was an easy stumble."

"My son and I needed lodging close to our hunting land and Copper Lodge was a perfect fit. The outside of the lodge very clean and provided more than enough parking. The inside was very clean and organized the main great room with large sectional, TV, Bose Speakers, and coffee bar provided us with all our needs. Bedroom in the kitchen would be our only slight negative feedback. If you're with your family, it no big deal however if you're not with family some people may not like this arrangement....

"What an outstanding property! Our family of 10 flew into Minnesota for a quick weekend on the lake. We couldn’t be more happy about the experience and house. The 5 bedrooms have everyone a private room, and all bedrooms were great size. The house is modern but still has a rustic lake home feel to it. We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities provided, including use of a kayak and canoe, life jackets, beach towels, and a nice sandy beach to congregate on. The photos didn’t do it...

"This cabin was the perfect place to spend our anniversary. Close to Alexandria, Lake Carlos State Park and Carlos Creek Winery. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive and accommodated a date error made on our end. Highly recommend this place."
