"As expected. Building is old although furniture was nice enough. A few things could have been cleaner. Nothing deal breaking for me but enough to drop it to 4 stars. Continental breakfast wasn't great but it's nice to have that option. Would stay again if price was right. For a cheaper hotel in the area, I think it was a good value."

"I’ve stayed at several different places and Boothbay Harbor over the years. I enjoyed that everything was no hassle. We arrived late due to snow on our way up and my only slight complaint was I wish someone could’ve turned the heat to the room on. Other than that great stay!"

"Riverwatch is a wonderful home near the Maine Botanical Gardens. We stay in Boothbay often and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. It was immaculate and had all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed cooking our Thanksgiving dinner in the beautiful kitchen. The management crew even left us a Thanksgiving dinner setup. We bring our own, but the thoughtfulness was much appreciated. The property has many beautiful views and is close to the Harbor. The owners should taken...

"My family and I stayed at 312 Ocean Point for my 50th birthday vacation trip to Maine in October. The weather was absolutely fabulous and the house was the perfect location for day trips up to Camden and Damariscotta. The cottage is decorated so nicely and was very clean. Beds were also very comfortable. My son, age 15, would have spent the entire time up in the loft if there were a TV or game system up there (just an idea). Thank you!"
