"We enjoyed our stay at The Crossing. The breakfast was very good. The one thing I was surprised about was that our breakfast was not included with our room fee. We stayed at so many different places that I guess I just didn't check to see. But, we were a bit taken aback when after eating breakfast we were asked to settle the bill for it."

Communication was excellent and the hosts were lovely local people, we had easy access if we required any assistance. Access to the property was simple as was parking. "Nice and clean place with a lake nearby. Staff was very accommodating even before we checked-in. We stayed in a room good for 3 people and it was cramped. The beds squeeked a lot too. For the price, we expected something better... but then we were just there for a couple nights, so it was ok. Perhaps the cabins would have been nicer for longer stays. "
