"There was no breakfast available despite the description stating there was. The bath had no plug & the electric shower was very temperamental (from cold to scalding). The decor left a lot to be desired with nails/screws sticking out of the walls. There wasn’t a TV in each room & bedroom furniture was unstable."
"The divan was to big for the mattress, no bath towel or milk in the room, it hadn't even been hoovered. I went down to the bar to ask for some milk and a towel I got the towel but was told they have any milk, luckily there was a shop near by, for the price i paid i expected better"

"We received a friendly welcome at the hotel and had the keys, layout and rules explained. Room was airy and a good size. Bed was comfy. As room was on road was a bit noisy with windows open. Very pleased and will recommend and use again in the future."

- reception staff weren’t about. we’d been left for 15 minutes before someone appeared and then we never saw the receptionist again for the rest of the stay
- windows don’t open leading to a very hot and stuffy room
- no charging sockets near to the bed"
"I like how the informations needed by the guests to access the property were sent via email with proper guidance and direction.
Also, the technology on the door to access the property. The serenity and privacy of the home was good amongst other things.

Sonia & Ian are a lovely couple and it was great to see them again .

"What a gem! Could not fault a thing. Staff amazing, Charlotte was amazing and showed us the history and about the local area, she looked after us at the bar too. Jess and Geoff were really helping and welcoming. Great location, great hotel, loved room 6. Fantastic breakfast too. Will definitely come back and recommend to others xx"
