"Lovely small hotel we have stayed at many times. Perfect location for the Eastbourne Airshow and right next to the bandstand for music in the evenings, a five minute walk to the town centre. Looking forward to staying again next year.

"Becky is an amazing host, met us on our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything or had any questions and helped with bags! Our stay was very enjoyable - seclusion of camping with the luxury of hot showers and the outdoor bath. Our kids loved the hammock. Baby cows in the field made it for us! Easy ramble to village store/cafe and two pubs."

Check in was terrible, it’s a self check in room and no codes were sent, i tried calling the host multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, no response.
I had to contact Hotels.com customer service and wait an hour to get a key-code to enter.
There was no WiFi, there were instructions on the wall but the router was not present, a neighbour had the same problem.
The TV only works on WIFI so no TV.
The location is handy being close to the train...
"Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses"
