"Night concierge was really helpful, had us checked in and in room within 5 mins, room smelt clean and fresh on arrival. Not sure if we were put in a disabled access room because the bathroom was a bit clinical like a hospital bathroom but was very clean. No TV in room or extra amenities (kettle) whitch i never checked on booking but there was a hairdryer. "The hotel is a historic building and has historical features relating to the Titanic. Very good location. We had river view and that was awesome. Lovely rooftop for breakfast and seating outside too. Downside, the mattress was very thin and had no support, the bathroom had mould around the edge of the bath and brown stains in it too. The furniture is worn and handles missing and the wardrobe door didn’t close properly. There is no air con and therefore the room was stifling."
"Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."

Pictures are not even close to the actual place. You have to buzz in for quite a long time just to get into the front door. They have absolutely no customer service. I am disputing the charge as fraud.
Sheets looked like they had not been cleaned. The bathroom did not have all of the amenities they claimed were included.
So bad we left and found another place to stay."
"We loved our stay as a family, the hotel is well located for a trip to Anfield . The staff for very friendly and helped with all our enquiries . We will definitely be returning"
"We can see from the hotel that the owners have not long took over. the room was clean and had enough room to move about.
The windows need another curtain as we had to pin the middle curtain down to block out the light.
The bathroom has be updated .but the shower cubicle could do with an extra clean in the corners .
The kettle could do with being put higher as I had to get on my knees to brew up lol.
And lastly the bed was very comfy but please add a few more pillows as the ones that were there...
"My stay was clean and comfortable although check-in seemed a bit haphazard. My room was a little bit cramped even for a single person although it was a double room. There was not enough room for wardrobes or drawers so I would suggest some shelves in the room and en suite would be useful. Location was very good for accessing cycle routes on the Wirral."
"Room was good for the price but there was a musky smell in the carpet and the blinds were all broken so light shining through no curtains to keep the light out unfortunately and no bed side lights either but not really much of an issue"
