"Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."
"What a great stay!! The hotel was easy to find and the arrangement for access to the hotel and the room was communicated very clearly before my stay. The room was very clean and it was a nice touch to have 2 bottles of fresh water left in the room. The owner was easy to get hold of and we made plans for parking close by on match day which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying there and hope to be back there again soon!!"

"Room was good for the price but there was a musky smell in the carpet and the blinds were all broken so light shining through no curtains to keep the light out unfortunately and no bed side lights either but not really much of an issue"

Pictures are not even close to the actual place. You have to buzz in for quite a long time just to get into the front door. They have absolutely no customer service. I am disputing the charge as fraud.
Sheets looked like they had not been cleaned. The bathroom did not have all of the amenities they claimed were included.
So bad we left and found another place to stay."

"Lovely room for the price, whole building was clean and approachable and helpful staff. They did take £100 deposit when we checked in but just for anything we damaged or purchases made from the very stylish fridge in the room. Close to city centre in what seems like a safe area and close to lots of lovely bars and venues. Would 100% stay here again when we next come to Liverpool."
"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...
