"Hotel was unique and amazing. Breakfast was horrible. No decaf, yogurt was not in the individual cups as usual at other hotels but instead in an open big container with a spoon to serve it out yourself with no lid on top of it in small fridge on counter. Bread and bagels looked like they were plastic or cardboard in nature, no bananas, no eggs or sausage as you see in other hotels. Amenities were great, room was clean and comfortable but do yourself a favor and make sure to get some...

"You cannot check in if you arrive after 11 p.m. The front desk closes at 11 p.m. and no one will answer your call. A very unpleasant staff! They will not accommodate you in any way if you arrive after 11 p.m."

"Was here for the UP big boy train at Altonna and all hotels around Altonna, Cresson, Johnstown were booked out so I stayed here as a last resort. The staff was very kind. It was wonderful that they had a hot tube and a pool here. The beds were comfortable too."

Staff was very helpful when I couldn’t regulate the heat. Explained how to regulate ie. so room was very cozy. Will use this Inn whenever we return to Altoona."
