"Very kind and helpful staff. Some hygiene facilities were a bit run down but sufficient enough. This hostel is located very centraly in Hammersmith with the bus and tube stations in close proximity. Direct connection via the Piccadillyline to Heathrow."

"Stayed for 1 night as a base for Windsor racecourse. Friendly staff. My bedroom was a bit dated and needs painting and some water marks on the walls treating. My bed was comfortable and it was quiet so had a good sleep. I dined in the restaurant, which did buffet style Indian food. The food was excellent at a very reasonable price. The staff were happy to talk me through all the dishes available"

"The hotel is easy to find, and there's plenty of off-road parking. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel though is kind of dilapidated and due a makeover - but the rooms and bedding were clean, there was a generous kettle and tea/coffee supply, large mugs. The bathroom well lit and a had good shower. The room was reasonably quiet, and the TV worked (most of the time).
