"The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."

The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. "The property is located in Varem right on the main road and very near to the market. We reached the property at around 12pm and the lobby was packed with people. We managed to get check-in as they have a policy of check-in by 2:30pm.
The room has road view and was clean. There were no water bottles in the room. I asked them atleast 3 times for providing water bottles. I had informed them while going out to keep the water bottles but even in the evening when i came back there were none.
