I never ended up staying here. There was absolutely nobody there when we arrived. When I called the phone number it was an answering service and it said that they would get back to me in 2 or 3 days!.Our stay was only for 2 days. This place was a dive and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy .DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

While our reservation was accepted and we received a receipt for payment, the place was closed when we arrived, and had been, apparently, since last fall. It's a good thing other choices were near by, had vacancies, and it was not late in the evening when we arrived.

There was nothing we liked. The lobby doors were always locked. There was no staff on hand. There was no hot water. Was a terrible stay

Sketchy at best

Booked online while travelling. Arrived to a run down looking property that appeared closed (not unexpected in the new reality). Called number on reservation, not right number. Googled property for a different number, spoke with someone, who came "down" 10 minutes later. Was told he had no record of an online booking (showed confirmation) and that he wasn't accepting bookings online, but if I paid CASH, I could get a room. Drove away. Had to call for a refund on a prepaid reservation. HOTELS.COM could not reach property at first, had to provide THEM with the secondary number I had called. Still waiting on refund. Avoid this property!

The place was falling apart. There’s been maintenance for years. Holes in the walls, the floor. Pool and hottub we’re down when advertised they were open. No food. Carpets have never been cleaned. And Expedia said it was a non refundable! We’ll Expedia better go through there rooms and definitely get rid of this debaichery of a so called hotel!

We discovered after arriving back at the motel after a late dinner that the toilet had urine in it (from a previous customer) and wouldn't flush. We were told by cleaning staff the following morning that management had been told about the broken toilet. Also, he bathtub was badly stained and the sink's cold water tap didn't work. GROSS!!! Fortunately we had 2 adjoinng rooms and were able to use my sister's bathroom. Also, the beds did not have fitted sheets causing the matress to became exposed in the middle of the night ,and the air conditioner was so noisy it had to be turned off to go to sleep. The following morning when we complained to a different manager, who called the owner and we were not charged for the room for the 2 nights we were there. Avoid room 28.

The room was ok, but there was no hot water in the shower, it was only cool. When you go into the office to get your key you have to use a phone and when the guy came out to see what you wanted he was very rude to my husband. I will NEVER use that place again...it was disgusting...says there is a pool and hot tub, but they were not in use, and there was black stuff growing on the hottub...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE...you will be sorry...

The hotel was very rundown and in a state of disrepair. The carpet was filthy. The wall paper was peeling off and the baseboard heater was in pieces. The ice machine appeared to have broken down quite awhile ago as the sign on it said get ice from the restaurant which had also been closed for months. The young lady that checked us in was quite pleasant however the fellow working the next two days was quite rude.

This historic landmark site has been allowed to run down to a disturbing level. The only pristine item was the Red Coach on display outside the inn!!

Was advertised with restaurant and pool. Neither were avsilable. Rooms were not very clean. Plug in was loose snd no cover looked a little dangerous.

When we got there we found out that the pool was shut down and the restaurant on site was shut down as well. These were both big reasons on why we chose his hotel. There was no house keeping during our stay and we had to ask for basic things such as a plug for the bath tub. Also when we went to check out no one was at the front desk. We had to call the hotel and then the person on the phone just told us to leave the key on the desk. Was not impressed over all.

This motel used to be the nicest motel in the area it was beautiful, clean had a restaurant in house, a pool, a hot tub. We discovered with this visit ownership changed 10 years ago and absolutely no maintenance has been done during that period of time. Disgusting don’t ever stay here.
