"I regularly come to rotterdam for barbering classes at The Old School Barber Academy by Schorem on nieuwe binnenweg and find different stays each time. This apartment was was SUPER close to the academy, only took me about 10 minutes to walk in every day. Super easy to get in and out of the city center by foot. Lots of restaurants in the area and shopping. If you’re not used to older buildings you may have to fuss a little with the lock on the front door initially but once you’ve figured out the...

"John and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Erwin and Karin. Our space was comfortable, everything you could possibly need if you were to actually cook. Bed, adjustable and comfortable. Stairs up to the apartment are 3 levels and are very steep and difficult if you have knee issues or breathing/heart issues. You have to keep in mind that you have to carry your luggage. We are in our 60's and we managed. All in all I would give Erwin and Karin 10/10! Amsterdam is awesome!"

"Nice apartment in a great location for the places where I visit. In a good area and close to local supermarkets and some restaurants if you don't want to cook. Easy access to the Haagse Bos park and Centraal Station. Only real issue I had was with the noise of the rain on the skylight during some stormy weather - earplugs needed to get some sleep."

"This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!"

"Nice place for a short stay. Staff were fantastic, easy check in and check out and easy to hire a bike. Room was clean and tidy, although the sink in the bathroom took a while to empty (not really a drama). Very affordable, so if your looking for a cheap yet super comfortable stay I definitely recommend!"

"Wir (2 Erwachsene mit Hund) haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand ist man ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Der Weg führt durch ein kleines Wäldchen und die Dünen direkt zum Strand. Für Hunde ideal. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und modern, alles wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr freundlich per E-Mail, alles war sehr professionell vorbereitet. Von uns eine unbedingte Empfehlung!"

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes. "
