"Hotel staff was being very difficult in allowing us to settle in the room. He told us we are not allowed to keep our suitcases in the hallway the following day due to some house work which never took place."

"Check in/out process was a pain, especially if you were arriving after 9pm. A cash deposit was taken upon check in but no receipt was given. No confirmation of booking/card details were checked. Next day, returned to hotel to find a note saying we had not paid although this was done via Expedia and they took and hid our luggage. "

"Très mauvaise surprise, la chambre n'était pas prête, très sale et très petite pour une chambre a ce prix. Mauvaise prestation. Aucune indication pour trouver la chambre même une fois arrivé. Des prises pas aux normes qui ressortent du mur. Très loin du centre. Que dire de plus ??? A éviter !!!"
