"Unser Aufenthalt an sich war gut. Leider war im Vorfeld die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber nicht so gut. Am 11.12.24 und am 27.12.24 wurde über das Portal von FeWo dirket eine Nachfrage bezüglich des Checkin an den Gastgeber geschrieben, beide ohne Rückmeldung. Telefonisch konnte man niemand erreichen, SMS und WhatsApp wurde nicht beantwortet. Erst als ich am 28.12.24 per WhatsApp geschrieben habe "bitte endlich um Rückmeldung" kamen die Infos.In der Beschreibung steht "Ganzes...

"The hotel was very modern. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop breakfast area and bar was very nice. I would stay here again if attending a conference at the congress centre. "

"We had a good stay. The staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. We are dissatisfied regarding the charge for the breakfast. Firstly, I was under the impression that breakfast for 3 was included in our room booking charge. The hotel said no! But they insisted on charging €20 per day for each room i.e. their charge for 2 persons in each room. But we were only 2 adults and 1 child. Very unfair and probably not right. I do feel cheated! Great Property, good location.

"Although we only stayed overnight, the hotel was both convenient and comfortable, with a professional and pleasant staff, excellent parking and an overall comfortable feel. The room looked brand new, as did the rest of the property. The location was wonderful, easily accessible by car and only a few tram stops from old town. We would definitely stay here again."
