"This hotel was one of the cleanest, quietest and nicest that I have ever stayed at. I thought it had been recently remodeled it was the clean and everything in working shape! Once in our room we never heard any noise from the hallway or other rooms. The room was great and clean! Great bathroom! Comfortable beds. Big tv with popular apps like Netflix. Bus to Mayo Clinic. I will be staying here again! The price was great too. All the staff was helpful and friendly."

"This place is run down and run by young unprofessional attendants who do not care about the quality of your stay. The room is only cleaned at your request and I requested it 3 times and never received a cleaning. Trash was not emptied, room never vacillated and beds never made. Had to get my own refills on shampoo and conditioner and ask for towels. The bathroom outlets didn’t work and you couldn’t dry your hair in front of a mirror. No idea how it receives a “very good” rating. I do not recommend this place."
