"Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla."

"This place needs a professional manager. Even though it has aged, and sure shows it, it would have potential if properly managed. Many services provided were out of order, and complaining was dealt with by the staff providing answers which were certainly economical with the truth and downright insulting to one's intelligence. Also, the breakfast was great and we had filet minon at the restaurant and it too was so so tasty. The only problem: The twin beds are very uncomfortable and caused me joint pain and then I needed the hot tub all over again. Seriously, if they change out those terrible beds, the place easily moves to 5 stars for me. By the way, it wasn't just my room. My buddy stayed in a separate...
