"Cheap hotel with train and metro stations 30 second walk away. Rooms are clearly just wiped down, sheets changed and hoovered but still very dusty with floor ‘seasoning’ still visible. Only one very flat pillow for each bed. Otherwise, convenient hotel if you’re not a princess requiring home comforts. "

"We had a lot of luggage and needed a friend to come up to help us get it downstairs. He called me and said that they refused to let him up. This was the 4th time and all of a sudden he was forbidden. In the end he cam upstairs, it didn't even take 5 minutes. Such a crazy rule. Other than that the stay was fine.
