"Honestly, one of the best hotels, if not the best, that I've ever stayed in. Just the location is incredible. 2 hrs of off roading through a national park seeing zebras, giraffes, elephants, and then when you start wandering where are you going, you see houses of the resort on a huge beach that is just unreal. The houses are so clean, everything works pefectly, the food out of this world, and one of the best services that I've seen. And I've been to some of the best hotels in the world that can't even come close to this one. I can't recommend it enough"

The bathroom drains smelled all the time, thd bed matress was the hardest thing I ever experienced and over the 4 days we had either no water or no electricity or as in the last 24hrs neither nor. Hotel staff was friendly, the massage at the spa was brilliant and location was great. "
