The Space:
Staying in this incredible unit, you'll live in the midst of luxury amenities, and within walking distance of all that the town of Zihuatanejo has to offer, as well as a number of stunning beaches and activities. If you get up early enough, you'll see the fishermen returning to shore with the day's catch, which you can buy at the beach market in the morning, or enjoy at any number of beach restaurants with your feet in the sand.
This penthouse offers views from the very first moment. It is full of light and you can't help but be drawn to the view in the "open air" living space. Glass doors close off the air-conditioned living/kitchen area without blocking the views. Inside, an L-shaped sofa also acts as a comfortable super-twin extra bed for a 3rd guest. A ½ bathroom is located just inside the front door.
The luxury kitchen is well equipped with a super-automatic espresso / cappuccino machine for your morning latte, and a juicer in case you prefer to start the day with a fresh fruit or vegetable juice, or a fresh mimosa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as salt, pepper, good quality olive oil and, of course, a blender for making margaritas. You will find ample crockery and glassware for 8 people, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils. High quality appliances include a dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, and a stackable washer/dryer (located in the small laundry area off the half bath). You'll also find a filtered water faucet in the kitchen and beautiful pitchers in the bathrooms for drinking water.

The one-of-a-kind porthole window offers a unique perspective and a fantastic view of the sunset. Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the apartment, including the exclusive treat of our rooftop pool. The property entrance is private and is one of the few places in the area that has elevator it offers all comforts imaginable - air conditioning for the warm summer days, extra pillows and blankets for comfort, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.
Free parking is available on the premises, and a taxi service right outside ensures effortless travel.
The Neighborhood:
A small quaint fishing village on the Pacific Coast of Mexico – Zihuatanejo has retained its old-world charm as a local fishing village with picturesque cobblestone streets, local markets, artisan shops, and cafes. The local action remains focused around the principal beach where you can watch the fisherman arrive with their morning catch and later dine on fresh seafood accompanied by a zesty lime margarita as the Mariachis heartfelt lullabies linger into the night.
Getting Around:
The building is situated at the intersection of two districts in Zihua- La Madera and La Ropa. You will virtually be living IN the Madera Beach, while just enough above it to appreciate the rhythm of the beach and the people who use it. You will be able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes if you choose- to downtown and to supermarkets and the Central Market. If walking is not your thing there are waiting taxis right outside the front door. Or you can mix it up by walking down the hill and taxi back home up the hill.
