The stylish condo features open-beam ceilings, comfortable living spaces and bedrooms and a gas fireplace.

Enter on a covered porch, to keep winter and summer gear, and step through the door. The first bedroom downstairs has two full beds with a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master suite is also downstairs with king bed and full-size bunk beds, connecting bathroom with shower and bathtub, and leads to one of the back decks facing the meadow with the hot tub. The upstairs opens up to the open floor, third bedroom with a queen bed, and bathroom. The bathroom is not connecting to the bedroom and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi and a smart televisions throughout the condo. The living room also has a gas fireplace and leads to the upper second deck with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining set.

Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot.  You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”. 


 

NO BACHELOR PARTIES OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!

We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license as proof of 25 years or older, per Douglas County VHR Code. 


No Air Conditioning: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided. 

HOA Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County. 

THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away.
Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon. 

NOTE: Your cleaning fee includes professional pre-arrival hot tub service, so you will always arrive to a freshly cleaned hot tub, ensuring a delightful and relaxing experience during your stay.
