Wir waren im Mai 2025 eine Woche Gast in der FeWo Sommerbrise im Dünenhaus und können leider kein positives Fazit ziehen. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe von Strandzugängen und Wald in einer ruhigen Wohngegend war zwar ganz hervorragend, aber die gesamte Wohnsituation und minimalistische Ausstattung der FeWo lies einige Wünsche offen; darüber kann auch der saubere und maritim-verspielte äußere Eindruck nicht hinwegtäuschen. Es gibt nur sehr wenig Stauflächen für persönliche Kleidung und Sachen, da mehr als die Hälfte der wenigen Fächer im Kleiderschrank und Kommode mit zusätzlichen Decken und Kissen bestückt waren. Auch im Bad gab es lediglich über dem Waschbecken eine kleine Ablagefläche für persönliche Utensilien. Das Doppelbett ohne verstellbares Kopfteil ist sehr niedrig und nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit lediglich 2 Kochplatten, Toaster, Wasser- und Eierkocher, Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach ist ebenfalls sehr minimalistisch gehalten. Es gab lediglich ein Handtuchset pro Person (jeweils 1 Handtuch und 1 Duschtuch) für den gesamten Zeitraum, Wechselwäsche war nicht vorhanden. Das TV-Gerät hatte von Anfang an keinen Empfang und konnte erst nach der am 4. Tag erfolgten Reparatur und dem Wechsel eines Kabels durch den Hausmeisterdienst genutzt werden. Auch danach mussten wir jeden Sender einzeln suchen, denn die Programmierung entsprach nicht den Angaben in der Hausinformation. Der bereits am 2. Tag festgestellte Wasserschaden (undichte Abwasserleitung in der Küche) und das damit verbundene mehrmalige Aufwischen konnte durch schnelles Einschreiten des Hausmeisterdienstes behoben werden, hat uns jedoch trotzdem wertvolle (Urlaubs-)Zeit gekostet. Die Toilettenspülung läuft sehr oft unkontrolliert und ständig weiter. Generell machte das gesamte Gebäude incl. der demontierten Schrankenanlage einen abgewohnten und überholungsbedürftigen Eindruck; Grillplatz und Tischtennisangebot (wie auf der Homepage des Dünenhauses dargestellt) konnten nicht gefunden werden. Leider war die Eigentümerin der FeWo nicht für uns zu sprechen, die ganze Kommunikation lief über den Servicedienst.

Die Ferienwohnung punktet vor allem mit der Strandnähe. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Das Bad ist recht klein, aber uns hat es gereicht. Der Duschvorhang hat uns allerdings gestört. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder unter zu stellen. Gerade die sehr schönen Radwege an der Usedomer Ostseeküste laden zu Radfahren ein.
