"What a great place, comfortably housed our family of 5 and we really enjoyed our stay here. Host was lovely and the hot tub was an extra bonus (something we never knew we needed in our lives :) Thanks for a pleasant stay!"

"Accommodation was fine though presented some difficulties for elderly, disabled. The couches were low and deep, which meant they had difficulty rising. Likewise the shower over the bath meant it could not be used. Otherwise a very comfortable place with good provision of kitchen needs; comfortable beds; and beautiful countryside."

"This was such a lovely home in a tranquil yet convenient part of East Sussex! It was stocked with everything we needed to get started and Katie was always responsive to our messages. Highly recommended!"

"We were mostly staying in the cottage to be close by our son & family in East Hoathly. The location was excellent, 5 minute drive away. The cottage is extremely well equipped and comfortable, and the hosts welcoming and helpful. We’ll be back. "

"Great property, for two. Four will work but it is pretty tiny. That is the only issue we had, and if the bathroom had been bigger it wouldnt have been an issue at all. We knew it was going to be on the tighter side going in, so there was no real surprise. The area is great,and my wife loved having tea in the garden each morning."

"Maria was an excellent host . There when we could not get hot tub started . Check in super easy. Good kitchen facilities. Wi fi . The tennis court was the greatest success. We were a family of 12 . 6adults 6children .What a grand house it was. It was a little dated and the Xmas decs tickled us in Aug .but the property was really lovely . Dated and maybe a little run down in places. Not very friendly with two year old as there were a lot of wires exposed in main TV room . There was a pond that we were not aware of beforehand . Quite a lot of clutter in places especially in conservatory where we spent a lot of time . chickens were noisy but we are farmers so not too much of a bother. Had a lovely stay . Hope this review not too critical but wanted to be honest. Thankyou Maria"
