"We loved our stay here. First, the young man that checked us in was extremely friendly. We had after hours check in and he accommodated us with a smile. The room is very well appointed with a modern bathroom. Most importantly, it was extremely clean. There is a restaurant on site that looks spectacular. Unfortunately our schedule didn’t allow time to try it. If you are looking for a unique experience in an ultra clean place with very friendly staff…this is the place."

"We stayed in the apartments and there really wasn’t enough space and the rooms smelled a little of sewage. The waterpark is cool, but the restaurants are really your only option without a kitchen - and they are very average."

"Perfect"

"Location was perfect. Everything we wanted was very walkable. Breakfast and the bar/restaurant were both fantastic. Only downsides are the large step to get into the bathroom, especially at night, and the absolutely terrible quality of the toilet paper in the room. It was basically sandpaper. Even the stuff in the lobby bathroom was considerably better."

"Good location for conference and did what it needed to. Very large rooms and had nice big windows with view of canal. I will say gave me twin beds that kept moving. Bathroom could be modernised and wish it had a bar."

"A wonderful stay"

"We were able to check in early which was great for dropping bags. Great location, although suspect could be noisy if you were out the front of the hotel at night. Tram stop nearby so getting around Amsterdam was simple. Friendly and helpful staff. Also enabled late check out."

"So the room I got was 367. Every 30-40 minutes I heard sounds like someone was opening the door with the key. I complained thinking it was the aircon. Turned out it was the mini cooler. Couldn’t relax in the hotel. Complained got no compensation or change of room. Central location. Few mins outside Centraal that’s why I picked this hotel."

"Great front desk staff. Interior design well-done tho needs a bit of freshening. Room well-equipped. Room cleaning erratic. Breakfast outrageously costly (should be included in room rate as in most European hotels)."
