"We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. "We expected the property to be a lot bigger and with much more light/windows as per the photo on the VRBO website. As it turned out, this was a much smaller, dark and rustic house. It is a typical old Spanish townhouse in a small village in a beautiful location. It is not a luxury place in any way. Everything is very old and dusty.
