"The room was great, except for the master bed (it was rock hard like sleeping on plywood) and the shower was extremely tiny, like a small camper shower,
The evening staff at check in was extremely pleasant and helpful and got our luggage moved to the room on the top floor of the 2nd building (106 steps to the 5th floor), they also confirmed we had breakfast included, but the next morning when we asked where to go for breakfast, the staff on site told us we didn’t have breakfast included. We figured out that evening when back to the room that we did in fact have breakfast included so we missed on our breakfast on day 1 and had to go and buy our own breakfast on the first day.
Other than that it was fantastic. Location was great, directly on the plaza of the Pantheon historic site and tons of food and shopping nearby as well only about a 30 minute walk to Vatican City one direction and about a 15 minute walk to Travis Fountain the other direction."
