"This was our eleventh stay at Las Brisas in the last twelve years. We missed 2020 because of Covid. Fantastic place for families. We have always travelled with a group of friends and family. Usually 15-30 of us with each visit. We are all frequent travellers. This is our favourite resort and since finding it we have had no reason to go to any other resort. Facilities are great. Food is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have no recommendations for improvements because there is nothing that needs to improve. For us it is the perfect All Inclusive resort."

"Everything about this resort was great especially the staff 2 thing I had a big issue with the elevator, not working and the Frida dinner. The Italian dinner was exquisite. The buffet was delicious. The breakfast was wonderful the pools, the views, were great. I love the fact that there was a lot of nature around the property the property was very clean."

"Nice property but everything needs fixing. The pool was dirty and the water was very cloudy half the days we were there, problem was eventually fixed. Beach chairs are in rough shape. Constantly had to request towels from house keeping so we could shower. Room service never delivered what we ordered correctly, often without cutlery. Restaurant service was slow, the à la carte food was very good. The best staff service was on the beach! The beach is beautiful, just a small area however to walk the beach. This is a beautiful property just needs some attention."

"We had a wonderful stay as a family of four with 2 young children. The condo was spacious and quiet and we enjoyed having access to the resort amenities. Communication with the host was excellent. We would love to return!!"

Tons of space, fantastic pool, every bedroom with its own full bathroom. The beach and ocean are maybe 200 feet away. The views of the beach,ocean and Camino Real Zaashila hotel and property was amazing. The hotel wasn’t really that busy, which was great. The My Huatulco people and property manager were great to deal with. We took advantage of the airport transfer both ways and the arrival pantry stocking, which all worked out very well. Only caution would be it’s not a good beach for swimming, so if that’s important to you, I would pick a different location."

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "
