"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Cosmo a few times, and this condo was my favorite of all of them.The property was exactly as portrayed in the photos—and actually even better, with some newer furniture pieces that have been added. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.The greenspace behind the condo provides a private feeling while taking in the amazing whitewater ocean views. Cosmo is known for its five beautiful pools, and one of them is conveniently located right next to the building. The lush greenspaces, BBQ areas, and private direct beach access.The location is hard to beat. You’re close to La Crucecita and Santa Cruz, while still having that peaceful, resort-like feeling when you’re at the property.I’ve stayed in Huatulco many times, and Cosmo continues to be one of my favorite places to stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Huatulco. I’d happily stay here again."

"The apartment was nicer than the pictures. Constance and Brenda are terrific hosts. We were met by Brenda the property manager upon arrival. She explained everything about the apartment and gave great recommendations for the area. The development is beautiful and well cared for. Just steps away from a pretty beach. There are five pools on the property. The peninsular pool and cove pools have amazing views. My family couldn’t have been happier with our stay."

The unit we stayed in had great views, and was kept comfortable by the ocean breezes and occasional A/C use. We knew that it would be a climb to get to the place, which it is. It didn't bother us, but this is probably not a good choice for someone with serious health issues."
