"Spacious and clean room but of older styles and conditions. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were superb and traditional Japanese style set meals. Hot spring baths (both inside and outside) were of excellent traditional styles and not shared with other guests. The main minor issue was that you cannot drive directly to the door because of narrow road access. We need to park somewhere at the main road and the staff would transport us and luggages to the hotel. Not a big deal but better be aware of. Because of we drove directly there instead of pickup from station (part of their service), they offered us free drinks for dinner and that was very much appreciated."

"It's a beautiful resort and the offer of public and private onsen was excellent. It's great for value. We had two meals and we were too full to finish everything. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

"原本打算到貓貓溫泉酒店過一晚除浸溫泉外，又可和貓貓一齊開心的過一個晚上但很失望，晚餐是店舖叫的外賣份量很少是普通的定食不能加量而且得幾嚿肉，這點必須要改善。 若要和貓貓玩卻原來需要進入另外一間貓房並要付款才可進入，這一點也令人失望！ 職員是非常的友善有禮，這點是值得讚。性價比不高。"
