"Excellent Hotel."

"ممتاز جدا"

"Convenient location. Very friendly staffs. Complimentary breakfast. In unit Washer and dryer is a huge plus. The only thing is the room is cold even with the heater on."

"The room was very clean & the employees were helpful especially Alan at the front desk. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Waldorf Astoria on the Bund was amazing! The staff were super attentive, friendly and helpful with any requests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were big and it may look dated in photos but the room size and aesthetics is actually quite nice in person and fits the vibe of the hotel. Great hotel if you wanted to be located on the Bund."

"Our room was clean each day, staff was kind/wonderful/helpful, breakfast amazing. Hotel location was perfect. Our corner-room face the Bund with floor to ceiling windows -which we watch all the building light up in the evening... We love the hotel location because we can walk to most touring locations. Lots of resturants in the area, safe to walk around. Entrance is on the side street not the main street. Its a peaceful relaxing hotel and laundry room has everything you need to wash your...

"The hotel was centrally located— short waking distance to all main attractions and shopping . Clean and very spacious room. Breakfast served with all sorts of delicious and different cuisines."

"Clean room, comfy bedding and bed. Good breakfast. Great location for Yu Gardens and the Bund."

"Great location , modern room , black out curtains"

"The hotel is located in the center of the city, close to Nanking dong Lu walkable street and the ppl square, and the transportation is very convenient, and the view on top floor is very beautiful!"

"The property was excellent in all ways would definitely return"

"設備は旧式で戸惑いました。が掃除もスタッフも満足です。夕方マウスウォシュを持ってこられて仰天しました。"

"We specially booked a EGaming room at an additional cost of £500 for our stay to only find out when we got there that you could not change the lanaguage to English - only available for Chinese users. When complaining to the staff of this issue we were told to cancel our booking and rebook a standard room rather that get a refund from them. Our bathroom then got a massive leak and we have to move rooms regardless and was offered use of the members lounge but not told what this included until...

"Nice place to stay"

"موقع ممتاز"

"Perfect location close to everything central. Helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with some offering nice views of the pearl tower as well (which i was unaware of). Overall very comfortable and clean; the experience was really enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again."

"O atendimento deles e ruim, parece de um hotel 3 estrelas. Os funcionarios nao tem treinamento. Sao ate simpáticos mas sem treinamento. Parece que nao gem gerencia o hotel. O que parece que que esta abandonado em termos de gerencia. Ninguem te ajuda com as malas, td o que precisa e dificil e precisa ser explicado varias vezes."

"Great location and though the rooms were on the small side, clean, well equiped and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful even though they spoke little English."
