"Easy access, well located"

"The service was exceptional. I sprained my knee and booked from the ER. They helped me get my baggage in from the taxi. It was early and my room wasn't ready, so they made me comfortable and help me with the breakfast buffet. When my room was ready they carried the baggage for me. They brought ice and drinking water. I couldn't have asked for better."

"Our room was quiet despite the hotel being on a main road, and hotel parking was convenient. Main positive was their restaurant and bar on the rooftop and the staff members, who were fun and some spoke perfect English. "

"Everything was nice"

"Very run down room. Carpet was literally stained. Electrics showing, shower all dirty and full of limescale. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There was even a hole from what I presume to be a cigarette burn on the duvet. Receptionist was kind enough to let me use the printer though. 0/10. Will not recommend. "
