This property stole my medication when i was staying with them. The housekeeping threw my VITAL medication in the bin! This caused me to have severe anxiety, not being able to sleep not being able to eat. The hotel manager did not care he said “I don’t know what you want me to do”!!!! They don’t care about your health and they refused to give me a refund well I will be seeking legal action because you cannot get away with stealing peoples medication when I have risks of seizures it is just disgsuting ! Stay far away from this hotel!!!

Poor conditions. Needs renovation especially in the bathrooms. It was a comfy bed. Nice water pressure but there are so much molds around the bathroom floor. Front desk staff ( gentleman) was annoying, rude and obnoxious. I made sure that he knows this and told him that. He replied that it is my opinion:)) which was funny. What you pay is what you get I guess. Rooms are tiny for Adana.

Sehir merkezinde , temuz , konforlu ve günelir bir otel , tarihi mekanlara ve yeme içme yerlerine yakın , biz cok memnun kaldık

Otel genel olarak temizdi kat personellleri çok güler yüzlü ilgi alakalıydı ancak resepsiyon personeli çok ilgisizdi ve tersleyerek cevap veriyordu otelin konumu güzeldi merkezi bir yerde bir çok yere yürüme mesafesindeydi

Oteli konumundan dolayı tercih etmiştik doğru bir tercih olmuş. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü sabah erken saatte gitmiş olmamıza rağmen girişimizi yapıp bizi odamıza yönlendirdiler. Odamız temizdi. Ancak keşke duş için ekstra duş jeli diş macunu gibi minik şeylerde olsaydı daha mükemmel olurdu

Hususi kahvaltı yapmaya gidilir. Kuş üzümü eksikti diyemezsiniz onu bile koymuşlar. Hem de 2 çeşit.
