My first poor review of a property. We arrived to find the hot tub was empty and not plugged in. It had obviously been this way for some time due to the layer of dust. There is no book to explain the property rules or give the wifi password. There is alot of damage from previous guests and their pets. The master bathroom toilet lid is not fixed into place making it unstable amd dangerous. Upon requesting a partial refund from the host we were ignored. VrBO states they cannot refund. We stay with VRBO frequently and this was not a good experience.
