A custom infinity-edge saltwater pool stretches toward the horizon, visually merging with endless Joshua trees and open desert sky. The adjoining spa invites long sunset soaks, while evenings unfold around the fire pit beneath a canopy of stars.

Sway gently in the outdoor hammocks for late-night stargazing, wrapped in stillness and some of the darkest, clearest skies in California.

Mornings begin with an energizing cold plunge, followed by restorative sessions in the private infrared sauna — your own personal circuit for relaxation, recovery, and renewal. Every element is designed to evoke the feeling of an intimate desert resort, reserved entirely for you.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame sweeping vistas and bathe the home in natural light from sunrise to dusk. Clean architectural lines, soaring ceilings, and curated finishes create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere that feels both luxurious and grounded. Guest access:
Guests can enjoy the entire property. Locked cabinets in the laundry room, above fridge and one locked closet in the third bedroom is for the owners and cleaning crew.

➤GUEST COUNT:
All guests must be accounted for in your booking. Please book for the exact amount of guests staying at the property.

Our property only allows 8 overnight guests max + 4 additional daytime visitors, making it 12 total people on the property at all times.

Prior approval must be given for extra day guests + an additional Day Guest Fee of $50 per guest, per day will apply.

➤POOL + SPA HEATING:
If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F and/or the spa heated to 102°F please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive.

Pool + Spa Heating Charge: $300 per day for one day OR $250 per day for 2+ days.
Spa Heating Only Charge: $100 per day (5 hour period)
*Note: Pool cannot be heated at the same time with the spa.

Most guests opt in for this type of heating schedule (an example):
Pool: 10am-6pm
Spa: 6pm-10pm

➤PET FEE:
$85 per pet (maximum 2 pets per stay - however more than 2 pets may be approved on a case by case basis).

➤EV CHARGING:
$50 per car per night to use our EV charger. Must be requested in advance so that our team can activate the charging station for you. If guests use the EV charger without letting us know in advance (it’s connected to an app and the owner is notified when it’s in use) and paying for it a $150 fee will be charged to the guest.

➔ We will collect all additional fees above separately, after your initial booking is complete.

➤FESTIVAL SEASON
*The Coachella & Stagecoach Festivals fall under a strict no refund policy and instant bookings may need to be rebooked with the updated cancellation policy.

➤LIABILITY WAIVER:
By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the outdoor amenities including the pool/spa/plunge/sauna, hiking and climbing anywhere on or around the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless. *Nightly price is NOT all inclusive - pet fee and pool heating / EV charging fee is taken care of separately after booking is complete.
