"I had a timeeee. Only thing I would say is after a certain time there’s no housekeeping so you’ll walk around and see plates and cups everywhere but other than that when the cleaners did clocked in they got the cleaning!"

"Room is spacious and clean. Staff is polite and professional. View is great. Unfortunately our four-day stay was rained out except for one day. There wasn’t anything to do indoors on a washout day besides food and drinks."

"This is our 3rd Excellence Cancún resort. Second time at Riviera Cancún. We can’t say enough good things about the staff (especially Sheyla in The Kitchen and Jorge by the pool!!), and the resort itself has lots to offer. Quiet if you want it to be, fun and entertaining when you’re ready! Food allergies? Not a concern! Everyone is very in tune with your personal needs, and they will make meals work for you when they’re able. We’ll be back!!!"

"The resort was amazing. The rooms were clean and updated, nice layout. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were available in the room, also a hair dryer. Housekeeping was great. Property was a good layout, clean with great amenities. There activity crew were always coming around to ask if you wanted to participate in different activities, but not intrusive about it. The buffet had great food and all other restaurants had good choices that had good flavor. My favorite was the Mexican restaurant, Jose was our waiter both times and he was fantastic! If you love the beach this is not the resort for you. There is a beach but very small. They have daybeds on the beach, but water is right up to many of them. I would highly recommend this resort!"
