"Staff were extremely helpful. We were transferred over to their sister hotel, the Georgian, as I booked the wrong room and there were no other rooms left due to a wedding being held there. It was very clean & well maintained & our room was very comfortable. The only negative was no mini bar fridge in the room for our water. Special mention & thanks to Amy who arranged dinner for us at Gallini's Italian Restaurant as we arrived too late for a dinner booking at the hotel. "

"This was a lovely modern hotel right on Swansea beach. The staff were lovely and really helpful when we arrived and very friendly. Any issues were sorted quickly. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space in the room. Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath, but despite that, it worked well. Very clean. Also loved being near the beach so that we could easily have a nice walk on the Sundays before going home."

"Stayed here twice now, both times in June. All staff are really friendly, and the room are clean, tidy and have everything you need. The food is delicious, breakfast is more than ample, with various options too. Ideal for families or anyone visiting the Brecon Beacons. "

"Cleaning, customer services, comfort, all 10/10 I stayed in room 26 for a night with my sister, we had an amazing experience. Beds are clean, bathroom shiny clean, receptionists were very helpful and polite. I told her we start work at 8am so we have to leave at 7am, we don’t have time to have breakfast she kindly ordered us egg sandwiches (our choices) to be prepared before we leave in the morning. They gave us a big breakfast pack of egg sandwiches, apples, pack of crisps, a bottle of water, and a fruit yogurt with a pack of fruit salad, all together with a cup of coffee. Considering we paid £69 for a night for two of us, we got £50 worth of food to go was absolutely shocking. I highly recommend this hotel not because we got the food pack, the service was AMAZING. "

"HOTEL JUST OUT TO THE EAST OF SWANSEA CENTRE, A BUS RIDE AWAY WITH FREQUENT SERVICES. HOWEVER THE No51 BUS, EVERY 20MINS IS A 5MIN WALK TO THE HOTEL, FROM FABIAN WAY PARK & RIDE. THIS WAS NOT FOUND OUT TILL THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. A GOOD IDEA WOULD BE TO SHOW THE No51 BUS DETAILS IN THE RECEPTION AS OTHER SERVICE BUS STOPS DROP OFF NO WHERE NEAR THE IBIS; WEATHER WAS BAD, RAIN RAIN & MORE RAIN ALL FREE !! APART FROM THAT ALL GOOD."

"On check in Jason was very helpful and we were able to check in early, The room was clean and quite adequate for a 2 night stay. The hotel is about a 15 min drive from the center of Swansea.The center of Swansea was a little disapointing, Next to the hotel there is a Harvester and we are here on the first night. It was standard pub food and reasonably priced. Woul d use the hotel if in the area again, "
