I had afternoon tea at the East Wing café — the beef sandwich, bagel, and smoked salmon croissant were all delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Special praise goes to Ms. Svea Sun at the front desk, who handled my check-in key process. She took the time to explain the membership benefits in detail and noted down the issues I encountered with my newly registered M Life membership. She was extremely patient and thorough. This will definitely be my first-choice hotel on my next visit to Shenzhen."
