"Our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. The staff is very nice, the food is fantastic at the buffet, and the location is perfect to the Ikebukuro train station, across the street. The amenities are replaced daily in each room and the rooms are always kept clean. We also love that the Airport Limousine stop is at the hotel so there in no need to walk anywhere else to catch it."

While I don't think it is in the most active location, it is located in the park and has a nearby subway station so it is fairly convenient to get around. The only downside was that there was construction being done on the upper dining and lounge floors so those were not available."
