Shinjuku Prince Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was very courteous. Location was amazing, close to Shinjuku station, local metro, shopping, and eating. There is so much to explore around the area. We are able to spend the day at other areas of Tokyo and return to the hotel to rest. All you have to do is go downstairs and is only a block away from Kabukicho street with all the buzz and restaurants. If you want a quieter dinner, they have an underground mall right next door with lots of restaurants."

"This facility was very clean, being that it was a newer establishment. The hotel was well kept; staff were extremely friendly during the check-in and checkout process, answering whatever questions and inquiries or address. There is a comfortable amount of amenities and use of the hotspot at this establishment. Beds were very comfortable and accommodating to smaller families of possibly 3-4. This is a place that I will most likely come back to in the future."

"I stayed for one night in early July. It was such a great experience that I booked a room with a view of the train tracks for a return visit in mid-July. The breakfast buffet didn't quite live up to my expectations, so I skipped it the second time around; however, the convenience of having numerous restaurants at "Ohimachi Trucks" made up for it. While the staff were incredibly kind during my first stay, the atmosphere felt a bit more tense during the second stay —likely due to the ease of external access to the building. I would certainly stay here again when I return to Japan."

"Hotel was easy to access, friendly, conveniently located, appealing aesthetic, clean and organized with a long list of amenities. Some amenities were restricted if you had visible tattoos therefore I did not get to utilize all this hotel had to offer."
